Social Studies: There are many ways to show good citizenship. The children will discover this by learning about
people who are good citizens in their community, state, and country.
- Respect means treating others as you want to be treated.
- Caring means thinking about how someone feels and doing something to show you care.
- Responsibility means doing the things you should do.
- Fairness means taking turns and playing by the rules.
- Honesty means telling the truth
- Courage means doing what is right even when it is hard
