During the course of the year the first graders will be learning Addition and Subtraction Facts up to 20. Place Value and Counting to 100 by 1's, 2's, 5's, and 10's. Calculating with Money such as pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars, and $1 Bills. Graphing and Measuring with rulers. Telling time and reading clocks with hour time, half pass the hour, quarter to a hour or quarter after a hour. They will also be introduced to Geometry and Fractions.
